Our Owner Portal is an exclusive feature that provides 24/7 access to your property’s performance. Through our management software, you can view your property calendar, track existing and upcoming reservations, and access detailed income information all in one simple, secure place.

Can I still use my property for personal stays?

Absolutely. We coordinate your calendar to balance owner stays and guest bookings. Our goal is to make ownership flexible, convenient, and rewarding.

How are finances and reporting handled?

We provide transparent monthly reservation statements to your accountant showing expenses, and commissions. Everything is handled professionally through our accounting partner, ensuring clarity and compliance with Portuguese tax (IVA) requirements.

What kind of properties do you accept into your portfolio?
